Today kicks off week 1 of the Scheels Human Performance Hell of the West competition.
The workouts for this contest will be programmed in as Monday workouts for the duration of the event.
Athletes will have the opportunity to perform the workout 2x in regular class setting. If a third attempt is wanted to be made - it needs to be cleared with your coach (mainly me), AND a time away from regular class will need to be set up!

Skill:

Push ups
3x25
Pull ups - max effort between rounds of push ups

Strength:

Week 3 of our strength cycle

Deadlifts
5-5-5-3-1+

2 warm ups and then 75/85/95%

Accessory

Partner banded hamstring curls
3x20

All week
100 your choice
